Ampified ("we", "us", "our") is a social media automation service for podcasters, venues and bands, operated by Andrew Dunn trading as Ampified, based in Stockport, England, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform at ampified.co.uk and any related services.
By creating an account and using Ampified, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Beta status: Ampified is currently in beta. Features may change, the service may have bugs or downtime, and we do not currently offer a service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee. We may contact you to ask about your experience or request feedback. We will let you know in advance about any major changes that affect how you use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ampified. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Ampified is intended for professional and business use by podcasters, content creators, music venues and bands. It is not intended for personal consumer use unrelated to these activities.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with anyone.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at hello@ampified.co.uk.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or that we have reasonable grounds to believe are being misused.
Ampified offers a 14-day free trial with full Pro plan access. No credit card is required to start a trial.
After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for unused credits within a billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
You agree to use Ampified only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use Ampified to:
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these requirements, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload and post through Ampified — including podcast episodes, social media posts, voice profile data, and newsletter content.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload or post through our platform, including compliance with copyright, platform-specific rules, and any applicable broadcasting or intellectual property regulations.
Ampified uses AI to generate social media post suggestions, show notes, blog posts and other content. These are drafts presented for your review and approval before publication.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it is published. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated posts that you approve and publish.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You should review all content carefully before approval. Our content safety layer screens for harmful content, but it is not a substitute for your own judgement.
When you connect a social media account, you authorise Ampified to post content on your behalf according to your settings. This authorisation is limited to publishing content you have approved — we do not access your private messages, contacts, or other personal data.
You can disconnect any platform at any time from Settings. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, including changes that may affect the functionality of connected platforms or result in loss of access to those platforms.
You remain responsible for complying with the terms of service of each platform you connect to Ampified.
If you use Ampified's newsletter feature, you are the data controller for your subscribers' personal data. You must ensure your use of subscriber data complies with UK GDPR, PECR, and any other applicable data protection law.
You must only send newsletters to people who have given valid consent to receive them. You must not use the newsletter feature to send spam, phishing emails, or emails that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
We reserve the right to suspend newsletter sending if we detect abuse, spam complaints, or violation of these requirements.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience technical issues that result in temporary downtime. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime by email where possible.
We are not liable for any loss caused by service unavailability, including missed scheduled posts or delayed newsletter delivery.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Your account is closed immediately, all your personal data, content, and settings are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, and removed from any encrypted backups within a further 30 days. This action cannot be undone. See our Data Deletion page for more detail.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, including but not limited to: posting illegal content, abusing the platform, or failing to pay for your subscription after the trial period.
We may also terminate accounts with 30 days' notice for business reasons unrelated to a breach, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees for the unused period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ampified and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Ampified name, logo, platform design and underlying software are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding or reproduce any part of the platform without our written permission.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed through our platform, please contact us at hello@ampified.co.uk with details of the alleged infringement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may delete your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at hello@ampified.co.uk to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will try to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
