DropCast ("we", "us", "our") is a social media automation service for podcast creators. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform at dropcast.frankiespod.co.uk and any related services.
By signing up and using DropCast, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DropCast. By using the service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at hello@dropcast.frankiespod.co.uk.
DropCast offers two paid plans: Starter (£12/month) and Pro (£25/month). Both include a 14-day free trial.
You agree not to use DropCast to:
You retain ownership of all content you create and post through DropCast — including podcast episodes, social posts, and voice profile data. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content through our platform, including compliance with copyright and platform-specific rules.
DropCast uses AI to generate social media post suggestions. These suggestions are drafts for your review — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated posts that you approve for publication.
When you connect a social media account, you authorise DropCast to post on your behalf according to your settings. You can disconnect any platform at any time. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs that may affect functionality.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will endeavour to notify you of planned downtime where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
